May 19-25 is National EMS Week.  Thank you to all of our EMT’s and Paramedics who work tirelessly to keep us safe.

This year, five days of EMS Week have a theme that represents the diverse nature of EMS.

  • Monday – EMS Education Day
  • Tuesday – Safety Tuesday
  • Wednesday – EMS for Children Day
  • Thursday – Stop the Bleed Day
  • Friday – EMS Recognition Day

Today is Safety Tuesday, and we remind all of our readers that EMS saves lives…and all lives are important.  It is an unfortunate fact that advocating for the public to attain lifesaving skills for their pets lags way behind those efforts for humans.  On Safety Tuesday we remind all readers of the importance of taking a Canine CPR Workshop.  The time to learn these skills is BEFORE a problem occurs.

Contact us at: 602-870-2008 to sign up for a workshop.  Individuals age 8 and older and welcome to attend.
